The Best of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Early Access is finally here! After weeks of excitement, the day has come. Today is the first day of Early Access, meaning Nordstrom card holders can officially shop the sale. If you’re not a Nordstrom card holder, now is the perfect time to start making your shopping list and preparing for Public Access, which begins July 20th. While the catalog gave us a bit of a preview, it barely scratched the surface. There are so many standout pieces in every category, from outerwear to basics to shoes. All of the incredible sweater options are kind of making me wish it wasn’t July. How crazy would I look wearing a sweater and knee-high boots in 90 degree weather? I’m almost tempted.
It may seem kind of silly shopping for fall clothes in the summer, but once the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ends, all of these fall pieces go back to full-price. There is seriously no better time to start building your fall wardrobe and planning ahead. Since the sale features hundreds of new items, I thought I would breakdown some of my favorites by category to help make navigating the sale a bit easier. The Best Shoes
Whenever the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale hits, I always stock up on shoes. If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile, or follow me on Instagram, then you know I kinda, sorta have a thing for shoes. The Best Handbags
Most shoppers use the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale as the perfect time to invest in a handbag. Let’s be honest, purses can get expensive real quick. What I’ve noticed about the sale, is that the more expensive the item, the better the discount. For example, this Tory Burch tote which would normally retail for $528, is on sale for a little over $350. That is quite the discount! If the designer handbags are still out of your price range, there are dozens of gorgeous, trendy handbags for under $50.

Free People is definitely a pricer brand, so I’m always happy when they’re included in any sort of sale. The quality of their clothing is fantastic, and I love how all of the pieces have a flowy, relaxed feel. The fabrics are always super cozy and comfortable. Leith is a Nordstrom-exclusive brand, and possibly one of my favorites. Their pieces are feminine, versatile, and very on-trend. Isn’t everything so good? I am seriously impressed with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year. I’ve already placed an online order for the items I think will sell out first, and I can’t wait to head to the store later today to try-on some pieces I have my eye on. I’ll be sharing a try-on haul later today and narrowing down my top picks for you. If you’re not feeling brave enough to fight the crowds, in-store pick-up is my favorite way to shop. You can shop from the comfort of your own home, and get your items same-day. What’s better than that?
