What’s on My Spring Reading List

It’s been a while since I’ve shared what I’ve been reading lately, and to be honest, I’ve been a little off my reading routine. When spring and summer roll around, I always start reading more, as I love a good romance book set by the water or in the summer (probably why I love The Summer I Turned Pretty so much…)! I’ve gathered up a few new books that I can’t wait to dive into, so I put together my full spring reading list if you need a new book (or a few) to add to your TBR.

One Golden Summer by Carley Fortune

I’ve read Carley Fortune’s other novels and am a huge fan, so I can’t wait to read her newest book. This one is set at the lake (of course) and follows our main character, Alice, and her grandmother. Enter Charlie, Alice’s flirty, jokester childhood friend… and, well, I’m sure we can guess where this is going!

Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry

Another author I always enjoy, Emily Henry! Her newest book also recently came out and is definitely something I’ll be reading this season. I love how Emily Henry writes her books; they are so engaging, and you feel like you’re right there with the characters. This book follows two authors on the same island writing the biography of the same woman. What could go wrong?

Say You’ll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez

A romance with a gorgeous veterinarian?? Sign me up! 😉 All jokes aside, I love a classic romance novel, and this one sounds so cute. I have heard great things about Abby Jimenez so I can’t wait to dive in!

The Tenant by Freida McFadden

If you’ve seen my other reading lists, you know I always like to mix things up with a thriller or two, and Freida McFadden is one of my favorite authors for thrillers. The twists are always so good, things don’t get too confusing or gory, and overall, I always enjoy her books. This is her newest release that has great reviews already, about a mysterious tenant who moves in and brings many secrets of her own…

Problematic Summer Romance by Ali Hazelwood

If you’re looking for a spicy, easy-to-read romance, Ali Hazelwood is your girl! This book comes out later this month, and I can’t wait. Age gap romance, brother’s best friend… need I say more?

Summer in the City by Alex Aster

You know my love for New York City, so I of course had to throw this one in! It follows our protagonist, Elle, her billionaire bad-boy neighbor, and their fake relationship in the city. Sounds like the perfect spring and summer read to me!
