How I Organized My Pantry

Now that we’ve been in the house for a year and have a better sense of what works best for us, I made a few changes in our pantry. The set-up is pretty similar, but we added in some products to keep us even more organized. I put together everything I’m using to organize and give our pantry a little refresh! Make sure to check out my new video where I’m showing you the step by step on pantry organization. And if you want more pantry organization tips and products, make sure to take a peek at my LTK and Amazon Storefront! Now let’s get into it!

Canisters

I use canisters all throughout my pantry to store snacks & dry ingredients like flour, pasta, rice, almonds, and lentils. These canisters help me keep things organized and neat instead of having a ton of random boxes and bags shoved in my pantry. There’s nothing worse than buying a ton of dry food to get home and find that you already have boxes and boxes of the thing you just bought. These help me know what food I still have and prevent overbuying! There are so many different canisters to choose from, but these and these are my favorites.

Baskets

Baskets are great for storing items you want to keep in their original packaging or loose items like fruit. If you don’t want to commit to putting your pantry items in canisters or taking them out of their original packaging at all, baskets are the way to go. They require minimal effort but make a huge difference in organization and style!

I like to use these perforated baskets for storing snacks and other pantry items since they are a little larger. For fruits and veggies, I use these baskets; the handle is super convenient!

Lazy Susan

If you don’t have a lazy susan in your pantry, you need one ASAP! They are one of my favorite products for pantry organization. These are so amazing for keeping my condiments, oils, vinegar, and more organized and clean. Since it rotates and spins I don’t have to dig through bottles and can grab whatever I need seamlessly and without causing a mess. These would also be a great organization piece to keep on your countertop if you have space for items that live on your counter. I use this one and I love it. Anything acrylic makes me feel like it’s taking up less space because of it’s transparency.

Cereal Station

We kept our cereal station from our previous set-up. When I was originally setting this up I wasn’t sure if it was totally necessary, but after adding it to our pantry, I realized how much we use it! It definitely wasn’t going anywhere in our new pantry set-up since we love it so much. I also just love the look of the dispensers instead of having a ton of cereal boxes stacking up, and it allows us to see when we need to restock. These dispensers make it easy to grab breakfast in the morning and we also use these canisters for the rest of our cereal.

3-Tier Riser

For cans and jars, I use this 3-tier riser. It’s a simple addition that can be put in corners or against the wall and doesn’t take up too much space. It also allows me to see everything I have because of the tiered design!

Labeling

To label all of the baskets and bins in our pantry, I use these bin clips and these chalk markers to write on them. I love these clips and labels since they easily clip onto whatever basket I’m using, and the chalk easily wipes off so I can switch the labels up whenever I need to! They let me know where everything is so I can easily go into my pantry without making a big mess.

I am loving our new pantry set-up and how we made it even more organized! Organizing your pantry doesn’t have to be a huge project, try adding these additions bit by bit for an easy, seamless transition.
